Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the customer database.
- Follow-up on payments from Debtors on a regular basis
- Communicating with the Branches/Sales Executive/End Customer for payments.
- Respect to the payment collection and reporting back to the higher authorities on a daily
- Preparing MIS reports
- Forecasting of the payment collections and outstanding on a weekly basis.
- On time payment collections.
- Following up on TDS Certificates and reconcilaiton.
- AR reconciliation and confirmation to be received from customers on regular basis.
- Updating Receipts into ERP
- Rebate/Schemes workings and day to day work.
- Invoice posting and credit control.
