Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support Online (Phone /Remote) to field Engineers.
• Call closure over phone /remotely
• Ensure logged Tickets are closed as per the SLA
• Assisting Backend team for Assigning the call to Filed Engineers with Solutions
• Preparing Daily and Monthly MIS and sharing with the internal team.
