Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and Chat.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements of the Product.
  • Capturing Leads in CRM and further Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects.
  • Invoices follow up with sales team for the closed Leads.

Skills:

  • Proven inside sales experience with ability and energetic to work for 24/7 365 days.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with CRM and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal in English it will be supportive if can communicate in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam Languages.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
