Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and Chat.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements of the Product.
- Capturing Leads in CRM and further Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Invoices follow up with sales team for the closed Leads.
Skills:
- Proven inside sales experience with ability and energetic to work for 24/7 365 days.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal in English it will be supportive if can communicate in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam Languages.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
