Key Responsibilities:
• Have daily interaction with the customer and share feedback with the respective stakeholders
• Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and sales operations teams for the marketing activities.
• Understand the customer needs and plan for the marketing activities along with the marketing team.
• Be a spot for handling all marketing collateral, aifs, and demos.
• Do a marketing survey to understand what the customer needs and share feedback.
• Submit daily reports on the activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of prior customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
