Posiflex is one of the leading Point of Sale Terminal manufacturer headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with its subsidiary office in Bangalore, India. Posiflex manufactures the PoS Terminals for Retail, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand Technical and business requirements and accompany salespeople on visits of Prospective Clients.
• Plan and execute demonstration of Point-of-Sale, Kiosk and peripheral products and any software if required with a focus on ensuring the best possible product pitch.
• Make solution presentations, documents and product demonstrations highlighting the core value proposition of the product/solutions.
• Write Technical Solution Proposals and Interact with HQ team for such Project specific Technical Assistance and closure.
• Responsible of handling the repository of Technical Drivers/Information required to make Posiflex products sellable or configurable as per client requirement.
• Create all collateral for the Pre-sales team, Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
• Help the team in resulting meaningful customer interactions, carry out research to stay ahead of their area of expertise – including understanding the current & future market, product and competitor landscape.
• Proactively suggest the senior management on process and efficiency improvement.
• Constantly work on optimal cost calculation methodologies, Respond to technical questions about the product.
• Identify the improvement areas and provide periodic training for the presales team, Partner’s team, and New Joins to the organization.
• Ability to respond to large RFPs and RFI’s.
• Value-selling with keen interest in capturing customer feedback to sharpen the development roadmap.

Pre-Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:
• 6 to 10 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales to end customers.
BE + MBA
• Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Management Experience, Strong Customer-Facing and Team Handling Skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
• Extensive experience working with information technology customers and/or partners through account management, product management, program management and business development engagements, as examples
