Objective:

The pre-sales manager is a single-point technical expert with the task of working closely with sales teams to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers’ requirements. Preparation of a presentation deck of the products and offerings that can be modified for the salespeople to pitch. Coordination and organization of demand-generating activities like tradeshows, company events, or customer workshops. Engagement with the customers, interpretation of their needs, and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Team to execute pre-sales activities that will drive Sales activities within the region assigned.
• Must have Basic Software knowledge to interface with client systems, also should have architectural and functional knowledge in the software to execute the hardware sale.
• Must drive adoption of AIDC products and solutions in customer and partner settings by articulating the strengths, understanding the requirements, and matching the solutions to deliver the wins.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners.
• Responsible for delivering presentations to customers and partners in the assigned region.
• Ensure effective communication of AIDC capabilities and benefits to potential customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Strong working knowledge in product lines like barcode printers, barcode scanners, and mobility.
• Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer.
• Maintain knowledge of major industry developments, capable of handling customer inquiries related to the industry.
• Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of AIDC technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering).
• Excellent communication.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or technical roles, with a focus on AIDC technologies.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
