Posiflex is one of the leading Point of Sale Terminal manufacturers headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with its subsidiary office in Bangalore, India. Posiflex manufactures the PoS Terminals for the Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team for order management.
  • Follow-up and payment collection.
  • Customer creation, indenting.
  • Maintaining data of the Customers.
  • Processing all orders with accuracy & timelines
  • Handling customer queries and the status of the Order related to the Sales Team
  • Updating the sales team on the dispatch details & also to the customers
  • Updating customers on the day to day transaction
  • Demo maintenance & tracking
  • Assisting in preparation of promotional materials for events.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any Discipline.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
  • MIS reporting.
  • Good Excel Knowledge and exposure of Microsoft AX, Navision, AX Business Central, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Good Coordination skill, Data Management and communication is a necessity.
