Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters pertaining to AMC & Care pack. Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing service solutions and products.
- Maintain end customer relationships and handle complete sales cycle management.
- Sell a full range of Services offered.
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers for technical approvals and engage in contract negotiation to close agreements.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets Exceed.
- Achieve assigned sales secure and gross margin plan for the year 100% compliance to order management booking process of the organization as stipulated from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the field of sales.
- English, Hindi Mandatory, and other regional languages preferred.
- Results-oriented and extremely target-driven.
- Good at building relationships.
- Hardworking and focused on growth.
- Good coordination skills.
- Willing to travel
