We are seeking a driven and experienced enterprise sales manager to handle the sales efforts of our AI hardware & software solutions within the retail sector. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth independently. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in the dynamic field of AI technology for retail.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the retail market effectively.
• Identify key target accounts and establish strategic relationships with decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI hardware & software solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI technology.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technological advancements in AI technology for retail.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support.
• Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector with a focus on hardware & software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex technical products or AI solutions to retail clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
