Roles & Responsibility:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and VARs, to expand the company’s market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Implement and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for channel growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and coordination with channel partners.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Preferred Traits:
- Proven experience in channel sales and partner management, preferably in the POS or IT technology industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6 – 10 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales
- Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
- Must know the Local language (preferable)
