Roles & Responsibility:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and VARs, to expand the company’s market reach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Implement and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for channel growth.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and coordination with channel partners.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

• Capability to make decisions under pressure.
• Education Background: B-Tech.


Preferred Traits:

• Proven experience in channel sales and partner management, preferably in the POS or IT technology industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


• 6 – 10 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales.
• Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
• Must know the Local language (preferable)
