Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators, to build a robust network.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and align them with our POS range of products like POS Terminal, Receipt printers, Bar Code scanners, Cash Drawers and many such IT peripherals and solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets through channel partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for channel growth.
  • Working Closely with the billing & logistics as and when required.
  • Timely response to partner on their requirement, pricing & delivery of goods status is an important part of the job.

Preferred Traits:

  • Proven experience in channel sales and partner management, preferably in the POS or IT technology industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving and exceeding business development goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


  • 6 – 10 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales.
  • Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
  • Must know the Local language (preferable)
