Responsibilities

• Inbound – Source new prospects coming in through Website, Trade Portals, Telephonic among others, and qualify them to handover to the Sales team.
• Outbound – Rigorous cold calling and emailing, working with the Digital team to create customized.
• EDMs for prospects.
• Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and increase the Prospect Database daily.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and the ability to cross-sell on the phone.
• Product Demonstrations
• Follow-up on leads generated by field sales agents.
• Follow up with channel partners for Lead generation and closure calls.
• Online demonstration assistance to the Channels and salesperson
• Online product training to channels.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects if required.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English, Hindi & either Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam)
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.

 

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.
• Driven, self-motivated and goal oriented.
