Job Description:
The candidate should have extensive experience in building and maintaining applications with our technical stack. This includes React JS for web applications, Microsoft WPF and .NET Core 6 for windows applications, ASP.NET Core 6 for backend operations, and MySQL Server 8.0 for database management. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams to success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Full Stack Developers, managing the entire project life cycle from concept to delivery.
- Lead the design and development of web and windows applications using React JS, Microsoft WPF, and .NET Core 6.
- Manage the development and implementation of robust web services using ASP.NET Core 6 and Rest APIs.
- Oversee the design, building, and management of MySQL Server 8.0 databases.
- Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application development.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of software development experience with demonstrated proficiency in React JS, Microsoft WPF, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Proven experience in developing Rest APIs and managing MySQL Server 8.0 databases.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Familiarity with other technologies and frameworks.
- Prior experience in hiring and onboarding technical staff.
