Responsibilities:
- A candidate is required to attend field service calls on site.
- Assist the sales team in providing & supporting Demos
- Troubleshooting POS (Point Of Sales) hardware issues and providing the solution
- Thorough Knowledge of Computer hardware, touch screen, receipt printers, barcode scanners, pole displays, and peripherals
- Installation & configuration of supporting Drivers and peripherals
- Knowledge of different OS and installation
- Configuring Hardware in LAN / Wi-Fi
- Installing peripheral devices
- Maintain high satisfaction of the customer
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in service
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Being able to work with a team
- Having excellent problem-solving abilities
- Any Degree/Diploma/ITI
- Candidates should have 2 wheelers
