Roles & Responsibility:
- Candidate is required to attend field service calls on site
- Assist sales team in providing & supporting Demos
- Troubleshooting POS (Point Of Sales) hardware issues and providing the solution
- Thorough Knowledge of Computer hardware, touch screen, receipt printers, barcode scanners, pole displays, and peripherals.
- Installation & configuration of supporting Drivers and peripherals
- Knowledge of different OS and installation
- Configuring Hardware in LAN /Wi-Fi
- Installing peripheral devices
- Maintain high satisfaction of the customer
Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in service.
- Strong Technical Knowledge.
- Being able to work with a team.
- Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Any Degree/Diploma/ITI.
- Candidates should have 2 wheeler
